Mammoth Insurance Solutions was built on a simple belief: employee benefits should be smart, personal, and genuinely helpful. After nearly 20 years in the insurance industry, including extensive experience on the carrier side, founder and CEO Brian Lacher created Mammoth to provide employers and their employees with a better kind of benefits experience. One centered on thoughtful strategy, responsive service, and real human support.

We work with employers ranging from 10 to more than 1,000 employees across the United States, including manufacturers, technology companies, professional service firms, schools, nonprofits, and other growing organizations. Our team evaluates fully insured, level funded, self funded, and alternative funding strategies to find the right fit for each employer. Many of the organizations we meet have never been presented with the full range of options available to them. We bring those opportunities forward, explain them clearly, and help leadership make informed decisions based on cost, risk, company culture, and the needs of their people.

Our work does not end once a benefits program is selected. We help employees and their families understand and use their benefits while providing hands on support with claims, billing issues, prescriptions, provider searches, and healthcare navigation. We do not believe employees should be sent to a chatbot or left to navigate a complicated system alone.
